It's recommended to have at least 6cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be at least 6cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.
Shoulders can fit shoulders measurement about 1-2cm larger than the listed Shoulders measurement with no problem.
