This is the full payment of the items WITHOUT shipping cost. You will have to pay the shipping cost after the items are ready to ship(We will inform you to pay the shipping then)

- The Skirt is double sided and can be worn inside out(either way).

The larger end of Waist is the max when the waist shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurement of the Skirt without stretching the waist shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting/not fitting. The Skirt does not have a zipper.
