It is recommended to have min.6cm room for the Overbust/Underbust/Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust/Underbust/Waist be min.6cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.

The larger end of Underbust and Waist are the max when the back shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than 2cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
