It is recommended to have min.1-2cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be min.1-2cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement.

The Vest is shirred on the back and the listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the Vest without stretching the back shirring. However, it's NOT RECOMMENDED to stretch the back shirring or else it will not look good as there are invisible buttons on the front and when you stretch the back shirring, these buttons may not close properly. It's recommended that your Waist be min.2cm smaller than the listed Waist measurement. The bust is basically free as it's an Underbust vest.

The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the shirring is stretched(not the max). The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the Skirt without stretching the back shirring. However, it's not recommended to stretch the shirring too much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
