The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements when the back shirring is stretched(not the max stretch). The smaller end are laid flat measurements without stretching the back shirring. If your Bust/Waist is on the larger end of the listed Bust/Waist measurements, it's recommended to order the next size available in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
