The OP is shirred on the back and the back shirring can stretch about 5cm larger(The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements without stretching the back shirring). However, it's NOT recommended to stretch the back shirring or stretch no more than 2cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
