The JSK is fully shirred on the back and the back shirring can stretch about 12cm larger(The Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring for more than 8-10cm in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only).

Bust and Shoulders are of the blouse itself.
