It is recommended that your Bust be at least 2-3cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement(For your reference only). The waist is basically free. This OP is designed to be loose fitting.

The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurement when the back shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the Top without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
