We endevor to give as much technical information as is reasonable about the products as well. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If you need different specific information you are always welcome to email us and if we are able to we shall answer your enquiry.

We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you off the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are paid and processed.

We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Wire Transfer and Western Union. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. If you're paying by Wire Transfer, Western Union, please check with your local bank or post office for fees.

Services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. For all reservations/pre-orders, you cannot back out once you place the order, or else you will loose the deposit. The release time of a reservation/pre-order is estimated and some times there will be delays.

We do not accept returns unless the item you received was in the wrong item/size/colour. Exchanges are accepted when available and you will be paying for the shipping back and forth. If you received the item in the wrong size/colour, we will fix the item for you(when available) and if it cannot be fixed, we will refund you for the order and also send you the return postage. Proof of purchase will be required when returning items. And discounted goods or made-to-order goods does not include refunds.
