The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements of JSK when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

It is recommended to have min.3cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be min.3cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.

The larger end of Bust is the measurement of Blouse when the elastic is stretched(The smaller end is aid flat measurement of the Blouse without stretching the elastic). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements of Vest Corset when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the Corset Vest without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only). You can choose the size by your waist measurement as the corset vest is underbust design.
The corset vest is not a functional corset and is a decorative corset and it won't be able to make your waist smaller.
