The listed Bust measurement is the adjustable Bust measurement of the OP itself(there's lacing up on the chest that you can tighten it). It's recommended that your Bust and Waist be 4cm smaller than the listed larger end of Bust and Waist measurement(For your reference only).

It is recommended to have min.3cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be min.3cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.

It is recommended to have at least a few centimeters room for the low waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your low waist be at least a few centimeters smaller than the listed low waist measurement.

The hooded overtop is designed to be loose fitting.
