The listed Bust measurement are laid flat measurement of the OP itself. The waist is adjusted by the lacing in it.
Single side pocket available.

The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements of JSK when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The shoulder straps are adjustable(3-position adjustable). Slight high waist design. The bows on the shoulder straps are moveable and detachable. No pocket on the JSK.
