Waist(laid flat) is the laid flat measurement of the Skirt without stretching the waist shirring. Waist(max stretch) is the measurement when the waist shirring is stretched. It's not recommended to stretch the waist shirring too much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
If your waist is 65-80cm, it's recommended to order size 2(For your reference only).
