The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of JSK without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the waist shirring is streched(the smaller end is laid flat measurement of Skirt without stretching the waist shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring too much in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only).
