It is recommended to have min.5cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be min.5cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement.
Shoulders can fit a larger shoulders measurement than listed due to puffy sleeve cut.

High Waist JSK Garment Measurements(CM)

The larger end of Bust and Underbust are measurements when the back shirring is stretched(not the max stretch). The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring. The back shirring can stretch about 3cm comfortably. If it's stretched too much, it will not be comfortable/tight fitting.
The shoulder straps are adjustable(There are 2 buttons). 2 Side Pockets available. Side zipper. Back shirring design.

The larger end of Bust is the measurement when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end is laid flat measurement of the Top without stretching the back shirring).
