The listed Waist measurement is laid flat measurements of the Skirt without stretching the back shirring(the Waist of the Skirt can stretch about 4-8cm larger than the listed Waist measurement). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than 3cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
