It is recommended to have 4cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be 4cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.

The actual shoulders of the shawl is free.

The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring(The back shirring can stretch about 8cm larger than the listed Bust and Waist measurements). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

It's recommended that your Bust not being larger than the listed Bust measurement(For your reference only). There's an elastic bag on the back and the Bust can stretch a little bit larger than the listed Bust measurement(not much).

The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the shirring is stretched(The smaller end is laid flat measurement of the Skirt without stretching the shirring).
