The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements when the back shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring for more than about 8cm in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only).

The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the back shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end is laid flat measurements of the Skirt without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than 2cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

It is recommended to have 4cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be 4cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements. If you're size XL/2XL/3XL, it's recommended that your Bust and Waist be 5-6cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements(For your reference only).
