It is recommended to have min.3cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be min.3cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.

The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the waist shirring is stretched(The smaller end is laid flat measurement of the Skirt without stretching the shirring). If your Waist is near the larger end of the listed Waist measurement, it's recommended to order the larger size available in case of tight fitting(For your reference only). For example, if your Waist is 66/67/68cm, it's recommended to order size M instead of size S.
