The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only). It's an Underbust JSK so you can mostly choose the size by your waist measurement.

This blouse is designed to be loose fitting. You can choose your usual ZJ Story size.

It is recommended to have min.2cm room for the Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Waist be min.2cm smaller than the listed Waist measurement.
