It is recommended to have min.2-3cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be min.2-3cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement.
The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end is laid flat measurement of the OP without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only).
