The larger end of Bust and Waist are the max when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the waist shirring is stretched(The smaller end is laid flat measurement of the Skirt without stretching the shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
