- The OP is a long dress and you can pull up the ribbons on the skirt portion and wear this as a low waist short dress. 
- The torso of the OP has rose embroidered. It's a loose fitting dress and does not any zipper. The OP does not include the waist belt or any accessories.

It is recommended to have min.5cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be min.5cm smaller than the listed Bust and measurement.
