The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the Underbust JSK without stretching the back shirring(The back shirring can stretch about 3-6 larger). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

It is recommended to have 4cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be 4cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.
