The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring and have the lacing up tightened a little bit). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring too much in case of tight fitting. It's recommended that your Bust and Waist be min.2cm smaller than the listed larger end of Bust and Waist measurements(For your reference only).

It is recommended to have min.4cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be min.4cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.
