The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the OP without stretching the back shirring(The back shirring can stretch about 10 cm larger). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
The length indicates the OP laid flat measure or hang up measure. There's about 6cm difference.
The waist of the OP will sit around your ribcage. Please refer to the Torso(shoulder to waist of OP) measurement in the chart.
