The JSK is shirred on the back. The listed Bust and Waist are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring. It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than about 3cm in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only).

It is recommended to have min.4cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be min.4cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.
