The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring. The JSK is shirred on the back and there's no zipper. It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than a couple of centimeters in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
