The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the Skirt without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than 3cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The larger end of Bust is the measurement when the shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the Top without stretching the shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
