It's recommended to have at least 4cm room for the (low)Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your (low)Waist be at least 4cm smaller than the listed Waist measurement. The waist of the Salopette will sit lower than your natural waist(the length is adjustable).
