The listed Bust and Waist are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring(The back shirring can stretch about 5-8cm larger than the listed Bust and Waist measurements). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch much in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only).
