The Top is designed to be loose fitting around the bust. You can choose your usual Vintage size or choose the size based on shoulders and waist measurement.
The larger end of Waist(Top/Skirt) is the measurement when the shirring is stretched(not the max stretch) and the smaller end are laid flat measurement without stretching the shirring. It's not recommended to stretch the waist shirring of the Top much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
