The OP is shirred on the back. The Bust and Waist can stretch about 6-8cm larger than the listed Bust and Waist measurements(The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the OP without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than 3cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
