The larger end of Bust and Underbust are the measurement of Blouse when the shirring is stretched(The smaller end is laid flat measurement of Blouse without stretching the shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the shirring too much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements of Top when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of Top  without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The larger end of Waist is the measurement of Skirt when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end is laid flat measurement of Skirt  without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
