It is recommended to have min.4cm room for the Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Waist be min.4cm smaller than the listed Waist measurement.

The actual tulle overlayer is free size even thou Blood Supply listed 4 different sizes(You can select a size that's more close to your waist measurement). The laid flat measurement of the Waist is about 58cm and can stretch to about 100cm max. It can fit waist measuring up to about 80cm fine.
