The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements when the back shirring is stretched(not the max stretch). The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring. It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring too much in case of tight fitting. If your Bust/Waist is on the larger end of the listed Bust/Waist measurement, it's recommended to order the larger size available in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
